Delivery

Delivery time: We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

When an order contains a pre-order product, the entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order item is in stock.

Delays: Nora-Lou is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as delays with the delivery service.

Unclaimed packages at a pick-up point

If an order is delivered to a parcel or pick-up point and is not collected by the customer in time, the package will be automatically returned to us.

We can resend the package to you. In that case, the shipping costs will be charged again.
For this, you need to contact us yourself within 14 days after the package has arrived back with us due to non-collection.

If we no message received within 14 days, the item will be put back on sale. If you still wish to receive the item afterwards, you must to place a new order via our website.
