Where do you ship to?

We primarily ship to Belgium and the Netherlands, but other countries are also possible. Please send us an email for this.

How long until I receive my package?

We aim to dispatch your package within 1-2 business days.

My order wasn't delivered, what should I do?

Can I track my package?

Yes, you will receive a track and trace by email once the package has been packed.

How can I return my package?

You can return items by sending them back to us in their original condition. All information can be found here.

Yes, you can simply order the new item and return the previous item.
