When canceling an order, the amount is refunded in store credit!

Free shipping: from €75 you receive free shipping. This discount is NOT combinable with other discounts.

Delivery

Delivery time: We aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Delays: Nora-Lou is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as delays with the delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

Return policy: Customers have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original condition. The customer bears the costs of return shipments.

Exchange: Products can be exchanged under the same conditions as returns. Please contact us for exchange requests.
