Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can fill out the form that you will find on our website. Returns are at your own expense!

Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 4 working days) if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.


Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Items on the sale page can be returned. However, please note that the return amount for sale items will be converted into store credit and will not be refunded directly.

Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.

 

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within 14 working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund. 
Contact us via info@nora-lou.be als it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your return.

Please note: only product costs will be refunded. Shipping costs will be waived.

Return conditions

  • It is possible to return a product up to 30 days after receipt.
  • Make sure the product is well packed.
  • The product must be in unused, undamaged condition with original labels and packaging.
  • As soon as we have received the product, we will process a refund. This may take up to 14 days. 

Unclaimed packages at a pick-up point

If an order is delivered to a parcel or pick-up point and is not collected by the customer in time, the package will be automatically returned to us.

We can resend the package to you. In that case, the shipping costs will be charged again.
For this, you need to contact us yourself within 14 days after the package has arrived back with us due to non-collection.

If we no message received within 14 days, the item will be put back on sale.If you still wish to receive the item afterwards, you must to place a new order via our website.
