Bone broth powder from Hert

Dehydrated venison bone broth powder. By dehydrating the bone broth (which largely consists of water), all the water is removed and only about 5% protein remains. A 35-gram jar is therefore good for 750 ml of bone broth. A 120-gram refill pouch is even good for 3 liters. How to use: put a scoop of powder in a cup, pour 100 ml of boiling water over it and stir well. Let it cool before serving.
