Chicken Bone Broth Powder

Dehydrated chicken bone broth powder. By dehydrating the bone broth (which largely consists of water), all the water is removed, leaving only about 5% protein. A 35-gram jar is therefore good for 750 ml of bone broth. A 120-gram refill bag even makes 3 liters. How to use: put a scoop of powder in a cup, add 100 ml of boiling water, and stir well. Allow to cool before serving.
