Bone broth powder from beef

Dehydrated beef bone broth powder. By dehydrating the bone broth (which consists largely of water), all the water is removed, leaving only about 5% protein. A 35-gram jar is therefore enough for 750 ml of bone broth. A 120-gram refill sachet is even enough for 3 liters. How to use: place a scoop of powder in a cup, pour in 100 ml of boiling water, and stir well. Let cool before serving.
