Pork Bone Broth Powder

Dehydrated pork bone broth powder. By dehydrating the bone broth (which largely consists of water), all the water is removed, and only about 5% protein remains. A 35-gram jar is therefore good for 750 ml of bone broth. A 120-gram jar is even good for 3 liters. How to use: put a scoop of powder in a cup, pour 100 ml of boiling water over it, and stir well. Let cool before serving.
